A few words
about me...
My name is Monika and I am a certified yoga teacher (200 RYT). I've been practicing both yoga and meditation for several years.
Like some of you, I started because of a painful spine: more than 10 years ago one of my disks (L5) popped out, and I started suffering from sciatica and back pain for a long time. I know how it feels when any movement is painful, painkillers don't help, and nothing brings you joy anymore.
I want to help others that struggle the same way by sharing this knowledge and experience. I want to help you get back on your feet, enjoy your life, pain-free, and simply be happy!

My Classes
Regularly practicing yoga will help you with debilitating lower back pain so that you are able to be more productive, play with your dog, go for a long walk, be more social, and enjoy life fully.
